Tribune Sound & Passage Sargeaunt

Beautiful navigation in Tribune Sound to go around Gilford Island. The mountain scenery is spectacular.

Going up the fjord to encounter the Grizzlies, who are to be found at Glendale Cove.

Gilford Point, Gilford Island

Even though the rising tide didn't leave us much room, we were still able to have a nice barbecue on the beach for dinner...

Sunday 28 July 2024

Karlukwees, Turnour Island

Stopover at the old Indian village. The house visible from the beach has collapsed since our visit last year.

Coming out of the archipelago via Whitebeach Passage, we meet the whales which seemed to be waiting for us, hidden in the mist...

Pierce Islands & Sointula

Last stop in the Pierce Islands, shrouded in mist which gives them a mystical aspect, before returning to Sointula.

It’s the end of a very nice cruise, in excellent company!
