Crossing to the Broughtons and entering the archipelago through the Retreat Passage, to anchor at Monday Anchorage, hidden behind the islets. The mirror effects on the water are magical.

Tribune Sound & Passage Sargeaunt

Beautiful navigation in Tribune Sound to go around Gilford Island. The mountain scenery is spectacular.

We anchor for the night in the narrow Sargeaunt Passage, which winds between Viscount Island and the mainland.

Stopover at the old Indian village. The house visible from the beach has collapsed since our visit last year.

Coming out of the archipelago via Whitebeach Passage, we meet the whales which seemed to be waiting for us, hidden in the mist...

Pierce Islands & Sointula

Last stop in the Pierce Islands, shrouded in mist which gives them a mystical aspect, before returning to Sointula.
