D\u00e9but 2004, \u00c9ric et C\u00e9line estiment qu’il est temps de ressortir de son tiroir leur r\u00eave vieux de 13 ans : vivre et voyager \u00e0 bord d’un voilier. Le moment est propice, tant que les enfants sont jeunes. Ils s’attelent \u00e0 le rendre r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>

Mais la t\u00e2che est plus ardue qu\u2019il n\u2019y para\u00eet : convaincre une banque de financer un voilier d\u2019occasion pour y vivre, sans le moindre sou d\u2019\u00e9conomies ni la moindre garantie, leur demandera dix mois de n\u00e9gociations et l\u2019influence efficace du pr\u00e9sident de la fondation Belem, qui sait qu\u2019il peut avoir confiance en son capitaine.<\/p>

Il faut ensuite trouver le bateau. \u00c9ric devient alors un sp\u00e9cialiste du march\u00e9 mondial des Mikados d\u2019occasion. Il lui faudra un an de recherches, une bonne dizaine de bateaux rep\u00e9r\u00e9s, la moiti\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, trois visit\u00e9s et deux presque achet\u00e9s, avant de tomber sous le charme de ce ketch de 1976, trente-deuxi\u00e8me de la s\u00e9rie, qui l’attendait sagement au fond du port de Kos pour entamer une nouvelle vie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ce bateau, \u00c9ric avait finalement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’aller le voir quelques jours seulement avant de rembarquer. D\u00e8s qu’il pose le pied \u00e0 bord, c’est le coup de foudre. Pourtant, tout n’est pas parfait : le compartiment moteur est en piteux \u00e9tat. Mais le bateau semble parler silencieusement \u00e0 son futur capitaine. \u00c9ric n’a aucun doute : il a trouv\u00e9 son compagnon de voyage, la nouvelle maison de sa famille.<\/p>

Le 27 janvier 2005, l’achat est conclu. Le bateau change de propri\u00e9taires, de pavillon et de vie : il lui faut un nouveau nom.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

C’est l’atoll de Marutea<\/em>, situ\u00e9 dans l’archipel des Tuamotu, en Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise, qui se hisse en t\u00eate de la liste dress\u00e9e par \u00c9ric et C\u00e9line. En modifiant une seule lettre, ils y ins\u00e8rent subtilement le deuxi\u00e8me pr\u00e9nom de leur fille, tout en le dissimulant dans l’exotisme adouci du nom d’un archipel lointain.<\/p>

Leur r\u00eave porte d\u00e9sormais un nom magnifique : Marit\u00e9a<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>

Comme il se doit, Marit\u00e9a<\/em> a Saint-Malo pour port d\u2019attache et en porte fi\u00e8rement les couleurs. La cit\u00e9 corsaire fut le lieu de naissance de leurs deux matelots, et leur terre d\u2019adoption pendant 9 belles ann\u00e9es.<\/p>

Le 15 mars 2005, C\u00e9line, Juliette et Damien d\u00e9couvraient leur nouvelle maison. Leurs amis Herv\u00e9 et Magali, arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 Kos quelques jours auparavant, avaient pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le bateau pour r\u00e9server le meilleur accueil possible \u00e0 leurs nouveaux propri\u00e9taires. Ce moment inoubliable fut le plus beau des cadeaux d’anniversaire pour C\u00e9line, qui f\u00eatait ses 33 ans \u00e0 bord…<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
